Real-time insight into payment flows

With webhook support, you receive automatic notifications about users’ payment activity in real time. This provides deeper insights into payment behaviour, streamlines internal processes, and improves the overall user experience. As a Kivra partner, you can leverage this technical functionality to strengthen your offering and add value to your integrations.

Insights & Information

You get real-time visibility into the entire payment flow – from when a user schedules a payment until it is completed, fails, or is cancelled. This applies regardless of whether the payment is made via Swish, bank transfer, or direct debit.

You also receive information about which payment method the user has selected (MPO) and the amount that has been scheduled.

In addition, you can receive notifications when a user actively chooses to decline an offer or opt out of making a donation. This event is only generated through an explicit user action in the Kivra interface.

Support for notifications when a direct debit mandate is activated or terminated will be available soon, providing full visibility into which customers have automatic payments enabled.

How does it work?

The service is fully automated and can be deactivated if needed via API.

1

Customer creates a technical receiver (endpoint/URL)

To receive signed webhook calls.

2

Customer activates the service

Through an API call to Kivra

3

Kivra automatically starts sending payment events in real time.

Based on invoices that the customer sends through your solution.
