Legal guidelines for sender of medical appointments
It is not permitted to provide any, what is considered, sensitive personal data in any of the metadata fields. Sensitive personal data includes the data referred to in Article 9 (1) GDPR (data on ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, a person's sexual life or sexual orientation, genetic data, biometric data used to uniquely identify one person), and this means, among other things, that it is not permitted to state the reason for the appointment in either the Title field or the Description field for appointments. The sender is responsible for ensuring that no sensitive personal data is entered in any of the metadata fields.
