Some users experience problems with notifications regarding receipts (delay of notifications regarding receipts and or duplicates of notifications regarding receipts). A few users may still experience problems with some parts of the service. If you experience problems with the service, please try again later.

Users of the app may experience problems accessing letters when they have logged in to Kivra and clicked on a sender's logo in the overview on the start view. We are working to solve the problem, and for the time being we recommend users of the app to click on "All letters" in the top menu to access the letters, or to log in here using the web service.
Some users also experience problems accessing their receipts. We are working to solve this as quickly as possible.
